About:Visa on Arrival

I'm a UK Passport holder and have flown into Hong Kong, can i apply for this VOA and then travel back into Hong Kong before getting a flight back to the UK? Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes, UK citizens are definitely eligible for 5 days Shenzhen VOA and the price is 130 CNY. It is expected that a payment is done in a cashless form, using your card.

You can use 3 border crossings and among them, Lo Wu (Luohu) - overland and Shekou - by boat are the most convenient.

You can return back to Hong Kong by taking any border crossing and any mean of transport, high speed train included.
