How to get a 1956 Hong Kong birth certificate legalized/Apostille

I was born in Hong Kong in 1956 to British parents and have a birth certificate from The British Colony of Hong Kong. I am thinking about becoming French and I think I will need my birth certificate legalized or Apostilled who can do this service, for me.
Thank you
