Shuttle from Goubeikou to Gubei Water Town

Thank you for comprehensive description of Goubeikou area.
We are planning to take a train from Beijing to Goubeikou and then somehow to get to Gubei Water Town area. Is there shuttle bus or regular bus to do it?
