About:Chinese Embassy in Zambia

I applied for a scholarship to study in china. And I was accepted.

So what kind of visa am I supposed to get? Single entry, double entry etc? And also my study period is 4 years does that mean I have to renew my Visa every year or I'll be given one for a period of 4 years?

You can apply for a X1 student visa and normally it has a single entry. But you need to apply for a residence permit upon arrival within one month, and then you can reenter China freely during the validity of the residence permit, no need to renew a visa.
