Train to Ulaanbataar

Hello,
We are two people traveling around Asia for a year. We wanted to travel from Bejing into Mongolia by train. However, we saw that the transsiberian express does not run again after COVID. Is there any way to book a ticket (maybe for other trains) going from China to Mongolia?
