About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Flight Shanghai to Auckland via Haikou

I'm holding a New Zealand passport and will be visiting Shanghai from Auckland. On my return flight from Shanghai to Auckland via Haikou with a layover of 14 hours, will I be able to exit the Haikou airport on a 30-day Visa-free Access? I would have my China single entry tourist visa when entering Shanghai from Auckland.

You don't need the 30-day access since you are still in China during your 14-hour layover in Haikou, you don't need any visa for this and can directly exit from haikou airport.
