Visa on arrival at Luohu port/ station

Possible for family travelling from HK enter Shenzen via train and get visa on arrival at Luohu station? Then return to HK via bullet train to West Kowloon Train station ? Thanks

Malaysia citizens enjoy 15-day visa-free entry to Mainland China. So if you are all Malaysians, you can enter Shenzhen without applying for VOA. If not Malaysian citizens, then you cannot apply for Shenzhen VOA if by high speed train, but you can apply if by HK MTR and metro to Shenzhen Luohu. As you say you want to apply at Luohu, I think you mean metro train? Because the high speed trains ends at Shenzhen North or Futian, not Luohu.
