About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrival time

Hello,

I wanna use the 144 hours visa free transit, my flight arrives at 00:58 (midnight), the 144 hours start counting that day or next day?

The day of arrival is not counted against the 144 (6 days) that you have right to stay in mainland China. In other words, your 6 days stay starts the next day following the day of your arrival regardless of the fact that you have arrived literally at the beginning of the day that will not be counted.
