how do I book the sleeper cabin from HK to Beijing?

Hi -
I want to book the sleeper car from HK to Beijing - can you tell me please how to make sure I am booking the sleeper car? thank you

As I know, HK - Beijing direct high speed train does not offer a sleeper. The old style train with sleepers has been out of service.
