Voa gongbei border

Is zhuhai gongbei port can apply VOA for indonesian passport? If VOA rejected, we can back to macau directly?

Yes, formally this is correct. However, recent experience clearly presents that the rate of success of the citizens of Indonesia is rather poor, so you are suggested to postpone your planned visit to Zhuhai or to obtain a Chinese visa in advance. If you still want to proceed, you can be successful, but if you are rejected, you will return back to Macau.
