About:Xian Airport Shuttle Bus

How long to take the bus from Xi'an Airport to Xi'an Railway station ?

My flight will reach T3 at 21.35, I plan to take the train to Luoyang at 23.50 pm. Will it have enough time for connecting the night train ?

It's possible if you can catch the metro line 14 (last train at 22:20) finish the transfer to line 4 (last train at 23:00). The metro journey takes 70 minutes. To ensure a smooth trip, I think you should get on metro line 14 before 22:00.
