Colored Hair Spray

Hello, I was wondering if I could take temporary hair color spray on a flight? I'm going from the US, to Taiwan, and then from Taiwan to Shanghai, and then from Shanghai to Chong Qing. The temporary hair color spray is brand new so it's tightly sealed and the size of the bottle is 3.5oz. If I can take it, should it be on my check-in luggage or on my carry on? Also, is there a limit I can bring? I want to bring 9 of them because they are all different colored hair spray. Thank you for your help/information.
