Visa on Arrival Tokyo-HK-Zhuhai-Hk

Hi
I am travelling to Zhuhai from Hong Kong and wonder if I can get a 3 days visa upon entry at HZMB port. If so, what do I have to prepare?
Or am I qualified to get a 144 hour free visa?
I read that as long as my before and after China location is not the same, I may qualify for the free visa, in that case, does Tokyo-HK-Zhuhai-Macau-HK-Tokyo works for getting a free visa? thanks.
