what is the meaning on a visa that was issued on 10/03/2024 and expires on 10/04/2024 with 30 days

The Chinese visa is valid for 30days with single entry, what is the meaning of the above mentioned dates.

That means you can enter China with this visa after 10/03/2024 but before 10/04/2024. After entry, you can stay here for at most 30 days.
