Day trip starting at noon from Beijing

Is it possible to take the 1200 bus from Beijing and return on the 2100 bus from Gubei Water town on the same day? Will the bus be crowded? What are the alternate options if there is not enough space in the bus?

Currently, the bus departs from Dongzhimen at 09:00, 13:00 and from Gubei Water Town at 12:00, 17:00 and the duration for a single trip takes two hours. I'm afraid your plan is unfeasible.
