About:10-Year China Visa for UK Citizens

I am British Citizen living in the USA

Do the same rules apply for a Brit living in the USA if I apply at the Chicago Consulate?

The application may be very hard if you are not a long-term resident in the USA, and other rules the same as the application in your home country.
