Where should I alight the night shuttle bus if I stay a Shanghai Equitorial Hotel at Yanan Road (W)

No airport shuttle bus runs directly to the hotel or nearby, you will have to transfer to a city bus and then walk to the hotel. Take shuttle bus line 4 (operating from 07:00 - 23:00) to Shanghai Railway Station (North Square), then walk to the south square to take bus no. 927 and get off at Jing'an Temple, then walk southward to the crossing to find the hotel.
