About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can we get TWOV twice in a month

We have booked flights that transit through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport [CAN] on flights to and from Sydney and the layover is 15 hours in both cases. Can we get the TWOV on both occasions?

Yes, you can. You will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit scheme in both cases. You can choose to stay at the airport or to exit it and explore the city and/or have a night rest at the hotel of your choice. If you decide to exit the airport you will just approach visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit. This permit is free of any charge. At the counter you will present your flight tickets and your hotel booking confirmation. After a short check, you will be granted a permit and you will leave the airport.

As I know, your onward flight ticket and passport will be enough for applying the temporary entry permit.

No hotel booking is needed. Flight tickets alone are perfectly fine.
