About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

visiting guangzhou twice under 240 hrs visa free policy

Hello, I am planning to visit Guangzhou twice under the 240 hrs visa transit free policy. However, in order to save money on the air tickets, I am planning to buy return flight from Toronto to Baiyun airport (Cathay Pacific airline) and return flight from Baiyun to Kuala Lumpur (Airasia Airline). I hope I explain clearly enough, instead of buying ticket Toronto --->Baiyun--->Kul and Kul--->Baiyun--->Toronto, I buy tickets from two airlines as mentioned above.
The itinerary is as follows:
1. Toronto--->Baiyun airport, apply 240 hrs visa transit free, leave Guangzhou after 10 days to Kuala Lumpur.
2. After 7 days stay in Kuala Lumpur, KUL--->Baiyun airport apply 240 hrs visa transit free, leave Guangzhou after 10 days to Toronto.
3. When I board the plane to Baiyun at Toronto, I will show Cathay Pacific airline the ticket to Kuala Lumpur to exit Guangzhou after 10 days. After 7 days, when I I board the plane to Baiyun at Kuala Lumpur , I will show Airasia airline the ticket to Toronto to exit Guangzhou after 10 days.
Is this itinerary satisfy the visa free transit policy especially the air tickets issues?
Thank you in advance.
Henry
