Confussion about the square and forbidden city

I have read that you do not need to make a reservation if you have tickets to the forbidden city on the same day. Is that true? So Entrance to the forbidden city will also give Entrance to the square? I have problems with the registration for the square with my foreign number…

Yes, it is true. If you have tickets for Forbidden City, you don't need to make a reservation of Tian'anmen Square.
