About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi! I am from Russia , can get the 144 hours Visa if I travel from Baku - Beijin - Seoul (have visa)

I mean If my Plane A is not Moscow but another country Azerbaijan .

Yes, you are eligible for it. It doesn't matter which country you depart.
