You can take direct Bus Line 31 from Daxin Lukou (大新路口) to Fenghuang New Village 凤凰新村(宝业路口). Get off the bus and walk about 50m to the square. It takes about 40 minutes.

It is also available to take Metro Line 6 from Yide Lu Station to Cultural Park Station and then transfer to Metro Line 8 to Shayuan Station. Get out of Exit B and walk north about 200m to the square. It takes around 20 minutes.
