Departure Hall - lounge

Is there a lounge at the departure hall? I need to wait at the airport for 7 hours before I can check in. Just wanting to find out whether there is a lounge at the departure hall before I can do check in process. If so, how much does it cost to get in. Thank you.

I know there is one VIP lounge at the airport but I'm not sure if it is available for normal passengers.
