About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Haikou to Sanya transfer

My flight is arriving late (at 21:25) and I still need to apply for Visa On Arrival - likely I will not mage to catch the last train to Sanya.
Can I book a taxi from Haikou airport to Sanya for such a late time - can it be done in advance and what would be an aproximate cost?

The taxi fare would be very expensive and it is not recommended. It costs over CNY 800. Staying one night in Haikou and then transfering to Sanya the next is better.
