I’m here in China now but I have q1 visa which is I didn’t renew it because I forgot and I got some emergencies happend and the thing is u forgot to renew before 30 days my q1 visa we went in immigration they just give me 30 days to stay can I ask why they just give me 30 days? My friends says q1 one is can one year but the thing is over stay for 10 days and forgot to renew it ,

Do you mean visa extension? Generally, the extension won't be too long. The overstay may affect the duration. Anyway, since it happened, you can only apply for a new one in your home country when it expires.
