About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Resit my visa

My visa is valid for sixty days in china if I leave china how long do I have to wait before I can go back for another stay. While I’m in china can I apply for a 60 day extension of my visa. I’m retired and have friends in hainan and have been staying there for two months in the winter but would love to stay at least about twice as long I’m from the U S A.

If you want an extension, you need to apply to the local exit-entry administration at least seven days before the expiration date and normally the extension shall be no longer than your original visa validity.

If your expiration date is coming, Hainan grants a 30-Day Visa-Free Access to the USA citizens who fly from other countries and also Hong Kong, so you can fly to Hong Kong and then fly back to Hainan to obtain a 30-day stay. If you don’t want to take flights over and over again, you need to go back to the USA and apply for China visa.
