About:China Visa

VOA during CNY

Is the visa office at Lo Wu border crossing open during the CNY period (9-13 Feb 24) for visa on arrival applications? If so, are there any opening hour changes? BTW I have tried all of the numbers for HK SZ border visa offices on here and all of them say "Your call has been rejected".
