Is Wuxi airport can allow 144-hr free transit a

Hello,
I am an Australian live in Adelaide. I plan to visit Wuxi to see a family member who lives there. I plan to fly from Adelaide to Singapore, Singapore to Wuxi, the Wuxi to Hong Kong. Am I eligible for the 144 hr visa exemption. Thanks Kit

No, unfortunately Wuxi Shuofang Airport is not eligible for 144 hour visa free transit. I would suggest you to use one of Shanghai airports for this purpose. Since Wuxi is located within Jiangsu province, it belongs together with Zhejiang province and Shanghai city within one transit area called Shanghai transit area and here you can use Shanghai airports regardless the fact that you plan to travel and stay within Jiangsu province. You can also use, for example Nanjing airport if that is more practical for your needs.
