VOA

Good day everyone. I carry a Canada and Philippines passports as Im dual citizen of both countries. I will be travelling from the Philippines to Los Angeles USA in March but will be transiting in Xiamen for 22 hours. I intend to use my Canadian passport for this trip. Can I get a VOA in Xiamen airport so that I can enter into Xiamen and visit some tourist spots close to the airport before my flight to LA

Our plane arrives at 11PM in Xiamen. Is the office issuing VOAs open 24 hours?
