Buying train tickets in advance

Hi, I would like to ask how far in advance are train tickets (both normal and high speed trains) available for sale?

I am going to Kunming/Lijiang/Shangri-La and Shanghai in end of February, but am currently unable to book any tickets online now.

Hi, the tickets will generally be issued 15 days in advance. If you book with TravelChinaGuide, you can book at any time.
