Foreigners booking HSR ticket online

Greetings,
Pls confirm whether this new policy that we obtain thru Internet truth or not & how do we verification process online. Appreciated.

The new policy will make it easier for foreigners to purchase train tickets in China. They can now go through the verification process online, without the need to visit a physical ticket counter or rely on intermediaries for ticket purchases.1 Dec 2023

Appreciate your advice when will be the counter open for booking & what's website to make the booking in English version. Pls advice
