About:Chengdu Travel

Visa Submission

Do I have to submit the application and Passport at the Chinese Consulate, as well going back to pick up when Approved? I am in Hawaii and there is no Consulate in Kona on the Big Island.

Or Can I submit the application in Tokyo while I am traveling, before going to China?

Yes, you need to apply for it in Chinese consulate in Los Angeles. Generally, applying in the third country may not be so easy and it is highly rejected.
