Wanchun Pavilion closed

Before pandemic, it was possible to climb up into the top pavilion on top of the hill. Now it is still closed. Any idea when people can go on Wanchun Pavilion again, Thanks

No, before covid people can walk up and stand inside the pavilion on top of Jingshan. It is still closed even though covid is over.
