About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Is he eligible to visit China?

My brother was deported on November 2018 for overstay in China. It's over 5 years now. I want to know if he is eligible to visit China after 5 years?

I'm afraid it is hard. It is better to confirm with the China Embassy directly.
