About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I work for a US international airline, am I still eligible for 144 hour visa free?

I plan to fly non revenue to PVG, Shanghai from the US, visit for 4 days, and then on to ICN, South Korea with a confirmed ticket. Since I work for an airline, would I still be able to do the 144 hour visa free transit?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed. The basic rules of 144 hour visa free transit require that the tickets used for this scheme have to be confirmed.
