About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eligable?

Hi I'm an Australian passport holder.

I have booked from Tokyo - Guangzhou - Sydney (direct) I just wanted to triple check this is eligible for the 144 visit?

Under the assumption that you do not have any additional landing anywhere within mainland China, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. If your layover in Guangzhou is shorter than 24 hours, then you will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit. In any case, no visa is needed.
