Tourist Visa Requirements for Malaysian

Has the proposed Visa Free (15 days) from 1 Dec 2023 to 30 Nov 2024 been implemented?
I am planning to visit China as a tourist for 14 days in May 2024. Does that mean I do not need to apply for a visa?

Yes, it has and you don't need any visa now.
