Visa free to China from Netherlands max 15 days

I noticed that Dutch nationals can travel visa free to China for max 15 days stay. I intend to go to Shenzhen from Hong Kong and stay in Shenzhen but travel regularly to Hong Kong during this period for a maximum of 5 days. Hotels in Shenzhen are much cheaper than HK hotels. Is the visa free still eligible as I would not have exceeded the 15 days limit.

In reality, you plan to commute between Shenzhen and Hong Kong during a 5 days period. The answer is simple, you can do that without any problem. If asked by border authorities why do you travel every day, you will just say exactly the same thing as you have written here.
