2 year multi entry visa to china for uk citizen with hong kong residency

can a uk citizen with hong kong residency apply for a 2 year multi entry visa to china. in Hong Kong. if so, what are the chances of being approved?

If you have one Chinese visa before, the chances will be higher. But generally, if your documents are supportive, there is no large problem to acquire one.
