About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Where to go after paying my fund?

I have overstayed my visa in China. I’m prepared to pay the penalty. Is it always by force to go to my country and i can go to a different country of my choice? And if the officer insist i should go to my country what do i do?

You can contact the local entry and exit administration bureau to confirm the details but generally you will be asked for leaving China.
