About:Chengdu Transportation

6 hours lay over. can i go chengdu's downtown?

I will land at 13.40 at Tianfu T1 and my next flight to Lijiang is at 20.15 at T2. Is it enough for us to travel to downtown and which is the most convenient transportations?
