Parents Information

Do i need to enter parents information? Have not talked to father in years and mother has passed away. Can I select the 'Not applicable' option safely?

Parental information is required, and failure to do so may increase the risk of visa rejection.

Both My Parents are deceased so is it ok to do N/A
