Q1 or Q2 visa for my infant child

Hi, I'm looking to get a visa for my daughter who will be staying with her grandparents (with invitation letter) in China. My wife wants to get my daughter a visa with multiple entries but to be able to stay over 180 days (possibly 10 months). Is there a way to make this happen?

Yes, it is possible to apply for a Q1 visa. With that, she can definitely stay over 180 days.

We want to also be able to get multiple entries instead of single. Is there a way to do so?
