infant formula

Can I still bring infant formula to China??
I am leaving tomorrow from Sydney.
My friend said the regulation of milk powder or Infant formula has been changed from July. No milk powder of infant formula from July. Is it right??

As I know, you can bring it, but generally don't take over 5 cans.
