15 days visa free, two times back to back

Question

Being a German citizen, I want to use the new 15 day visa free travel option twice, in order to make it a 30 day holiday. The intended itinerary is 1. fly to Shanghai2. on day 15, take the ferry Xiamen to Kinmen (Taiwan), stay one night.3. take a ferry to Xiamen and enter mainland China for another 15 days4. fly back to Germany from ShanghaiWould this be covered by the 15 day rule, and would I get into trouble at Shanghai airport when they see that my return flight is not until 4 weeks later?Thank you for your help.

Theoretically, it is available. But since the new policy hasn't operated yet, we cannot know how it works at that time. You may also confirm with the Chinese customs.
