About:Visa on Arrival

Can I buy a visa for a one day trip before I go online?

I need a visa for a one day tourist trip with my classmates who are from Hongkong. Is it possible to get this online? It is required that I have a visa but since we are going with a school bus I can’t get the visa on the day of the trip on the border. Thank you in advance.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. It is only possible to apply and obtain a visa in person at visa office at designated border crossings on a day. Please, have in mind that just two overland border crossings have visa on arrival offices!

It is 275 CNY and you can pay for it by your card only, i.e. in cashless form.
