Taiwan-HK-SH-NJ-TW1/18-20 Fly in from Taiwan to HK1/20-21 HK fly to SH1/21 high speed bullet train from SH to Nanjing1/25 direct flight back to Taipei from NanjingWould this itinerary eligible for the 144 hours transit visa in China? Thanks!!!!!!!! I know the entering destination  and the leaving destination should be different, can I consider this route's destinationA as HK?

Your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit and it is perfectly fine to use Chinese regions (territories) of Hong Kong and Taiwan as A or C regions. Also, it is perfectly fine to use different, eligible airports within one transit area because both Shanghai and Nanjing are in the same transit area. You are good to go!
