Shenzhen 5 days free visa

Hi, I am Netherlands passport holder, I have plans to visit Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Can I get the Shenzhen VOA at the Luohu port?

Yes, you can. However, I strongly advise you to arrive at Luohu border crossing early enough because of high pressure for this particular visa. Probably much better alternative is to take the first morning ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port and to obtain a visa there.
