layover in terminal 3

Question

I was booking FRA-PEK-MNL with a 7 hrs layover during the afternoon. I was considering to take a nap at Aerotel (next to the Terminal) but now I am really hesitating... How much time I should calculate for getting to/from the Hotel? I was reading so many bad comments about being rejected to leave the building resp. obtaining the 24-hrs-visa.In a few comments you can read, that T3 is a ghost town and most shops/restaurants are closed.I regret, that I didn't do reserch before booking and I fear my wife will kill me, once we are in PEK ;)

As I know, there is only one Aerotel near the Beijing Daxing Airport! As your layover time is a little short and it may be a little hard to get out of the airport, it is more recommended to rest in the pay lounges in T3.
