Visa requirement For London>Changsha>Haikou>Melbourne

Do the 72/144hr visa apply for flight including a stopover in both Changsha and Haikou?

If not what is the appropriate visa required for this route?

No, both 72 and 144 hour visa free transit schemes do not allow having two mainland Chinese stops in the row. You need to apply for a transit visa in advance.
